My name is Sherri and I have a huge passion for reading and baking. My favorite thing to bake is a cupcake and my favorite cupcake I bake is a Snickerdoodle cupcake. Are you catching on to how the blog name came to be?

While I love baking,  my other passion is reading! I always have a stack of books on my nightstand and a virtual stack on my kindle…and then there’s the “to-read” list I maintain….

So this blog focuses on books and baking. Before it focused on leading a fit life and I’m still working at that but things have changed over the years (I’m a Mrs. now for one!) and life is always evolving. So you’ll probably see more book reviews and hopefully more baking and cooking than before (since I have a bigger kitchen!). But there may be other things along the way that strike my fancy that I think should be shared. Hope you’ll stick around for the ride!
