It’s been a while since I’ve posted on a Fitness Friday. So I have a cardio strength circuit for you today.
If you do this one time through, it should be about a 30 minute workout. You can reduce intensity on the cardio bursts if you need to, but try to push yourself. When you’re in recovery mode, march in place, walk around, or do side steps. Please keep moving so your heart rate doesn’t come down too much!
