December Boot Camp Review

Last night I led December’s Boot Camp at Curves. To see how the set up for Boot (and Bootie) Camp at Curves work go read this post. Here’s what the warm-up, cardio pads, and ab work looked like.

Warm-Up (followed by all over body stretches)
2 jogs around the circuit
walking lunges once around the circuit
1 jog around the circuit

Circuit-Cardio Pad Exercises (done for 30 second intervals)
jumping jacks (twice)
squat kick (30 seconds each leg)
standing twist (twice)
lunges (30 seconds each leg)
squat hold
double knees
football run
curtsy squats (30 seconds each leg)
heel taps with pec arms
squat with side kicks
hamstring kickbacks with bicep curls
bob and weave
speed bag
dragonflies
tricep kickbacks
calf raises
bob and weave
swing kick
single leg raise (30 seconds each leg)

Ab Work 30 seconds each exercise
regular crunches
bicycle crunches
regular crunches
scissor kicks
frog crunches
seated rotation
super humans
20 butt kickers (each side)
2 planks (30 second hold)

I’ll be honest, after not working out for a week before this one, I was feeling it myself. I needed that workout, bad.
