I’m a big college football fan but my roommate is a big NFL fan. With this being the first NFL Sunday I offered to make football snacks. One was an old favorite,BBQ Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, and one was a new one, Buffalo Chicken Dip.
The Buffalo Chicken Dip was one I’ve had sitting around for a while, I’ve just never made. I don’t know why because it’s delicious! And also “healthified.”
Buffalo Chicken Dip
8 oz. package fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 c low fat ranch dressing
1/2 c Buffalo wing sauce
1 1/2 c shredded cooked chicken
1 c Colby Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add dressing and wing sauce and beat until well combined. Stir in chicken and cheese.
Spread into ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Cover with tinfoil and bake 30-35 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
