Hilly City Training

In just a few short weeks I’ll be roaming around San Francisco. I’ll have plenty of hills to walk I’m sure. Today I was carrying boxes up to the new apartment and realized it’s like I’m training for the hilly city with all the stairs. I lost count of the number of times I’ve done the stairs today. It’s only going to continue until Thursday. All of this was after getting back into my workout routine. My travel has thrown me off.

Last night I had a 30 minute workout. This morning I had 30 minutes of Zumba and another 30 minutes of just cardio. I came home for a sushi lunch before heading over to the new apartment to unpack some kitchen stuff. Just the little time I spent unpacking makes me really excited to cook and bake in the new kitchen. So next weekend I’ll be baking. I don’t know what yet, but baking will happen. Maybe cookies.
